The Shipmend marketplace is for finding commuters and their routes. Search by departure point, destination, and date, then contact a commuter or start a parcel request with them.
How much does a delivery cost?
Review the price and available payment methods in your delivery summary before placing a request. Costs depend on the parcel and the selected delivery arrangement; there is no single fixed price for every journey.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. The customer app requires face verification and NIN submission before sending parcels. Follow the verification steps in your account. Commuters should also complete the checks requested for their account.
Where can I send a parcel?
Check the marketplace for routes serving your pickup and destination. Availability depends on the commuters and journeys currently listed in the app.
Can I track my parcel and contact the commuter?
The app includes delivery status updates, tracking where enabled, and chat. Open your conversation or order details to see the options available for your delivery.
How do I get started as a commuter?
Download the app and choose “Continue as Commuter.” Complete your account setup, requested permissions, and verification steps, then share your route and manage your commuter activity.
